About Us

ViTAL Venture Consulting (VVC) is a pro-bono healthcare consulting initiative founded in 2020. We provide insights and advice to startups and growth-stage companies in the healthcare industry through experienced, passionate, and collaborative undergraduate students consulting teams. By working in collaboration with the Bouvé College of Health Sciences, Health Sciences Entrepreneurs (HSE), and the Ventures Mentoring Network (VMN), we aim to lead impactuful healthcare consulting projects for our clients and partners.

Our Services

VVC is always looking to grow and learn as an organization. Combining our real-world clinical and business experiences, VVC will assist clients in identifying, strategically addressing, and overcoming pain points. A client’s needs may fall outside the below healthcare consulting categories, and that is okay! We are an interdisciplinary and flexible consulting service that aims to match our client needs whether they be within or adjacent to the healthcare industry.

Aims to improve upon a healthcare organizations’ product through user experience analysis, product value enhancement, and analysis of healthcare market trends.

Involves specialized insights on implementing new technology into current operations, such as introducing wearable devices for improving remote patient monitoring.

Investigates the competative landscape, customer insights, and market access to ensure your healthcare organization is unique, competative, and fitting to your target customer base.

Provides insights on revenue for healthcare organizations- Past experiences include analyzing improved Medicaid reimbursements
